Ichthyosis is a group of hereditary keratosis disorders of the skin,Main performance for dry skin and the symptoms with  fish fillet related. The disease main onset group is children ,the mainly for the extensor limbs or trunk dry, rough skin, accompanied by rhombus or polygonal scales, the appearance of fish such as scaly or snake skin. the symptoms will increas in the cold and dry season, in the warm and humid season will to ease. The ichthyosis is easy to relapse. Multi-line genetic factors that cause abnormal proliferation and differentiation of epidermal cells, leading to increased cell proliferation and (or) cell shedding decreased.
